Adaptive Fitness Community
About The Daisy Club
27% of Canadians live with a disability, yet accessible, welcoming fitness is still hard to find. Mainstream movement spaces rarely work for everybody, leaving disabled adults of every age without anywhere built for them.
That’s the gap we’re here to fill.
The Daisy Club is where movement, connection, and fun come together a space for disabled, self-identifying women, non-binary, and trans-femme adults (18+).
Whether you use a wheelchair, a chair, or no chair at all, we explore the joy of movement through dance and body-based exercises for all mobility levels, and we have a lot of fun doing it!
Virtual for accessibility, with in-person meetups to foster deeper connections and a place to champion accessibility together.
Because at The Daisy Club, we believe movement is for everybody, and every body.

As parents, we feel that our daughter’s experience with the Daisy Club is groundbreaking. Led by the wonderful Darlene, this group experience has been truly life-changing for her. As a social and exercise group designed for young adult girls of all abilities, the Daisy Club has given our daughter a sense of belonging, confidence, and joy. Through engaging activities, tailored exercises, and the unwavering support of Darlene, she has improved her physical strength and built meaningful relationships. The Daisy Club is more than just a group—it’s a community where she feels empowered, understood, and celebrated every step of the way. We are so grateful to Darlene for her commitment to this incredible group of girls and to the community as a whole.
